| 摘 要： | 检测了慢性肾功能衰(CRF)贫血患者的血清红细胞生成素(Epo)、叶酸(FA)、VitB_(12)、血清铁蛋白(SF)的浓度及外周血片的异形红细胞数结果显示:未透析 CRF 贫血患者的血清 Epo 和 FA含量比正常对照明显减少(P<0.05、0.01);VitB_(12)增高(P<0.05),少数患者的 SF 减低或可能存在溶血。说明 Epo 在 CRF 贫血机制中起重要作用。叶酸和铁的缺乏及溶血可加重贫血。

| Abstract: | The concentrations of serum erythropoietin(EPO),falic acid(FA),vitamin B_(12)(VitB_(12))and serum ferritin(SF)in anemic patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)were assayed respectively and heteromorphic red blood cells(RBC)in peripheral blood smear were also counted.The results showed that the concentrations of serum Epo and FA in undialysed anemic patients with CRF were significant- ly lower than those of the normal control group (P<0.05 and P<0.01)and the concentration of VitB_(12) was higher than that of the normal control group(P<0.05).The concentration of serum SF was decreased in a small number of them and hemolysis probably existed in some of them.In conclu- sion.the deficiency of serum Epo plays an important role in pathogenesis of amemia with CRF.Defi- ciency of FA and iron,and hemolysis can make anemia more serious. |
