成都市城区初中生故意伤害相关行为调查分析

目的了解成都市城区初中生故意伤害相关行为现状，为相关部门制定干预措施提供参考。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法，抽取成都市城区6所初中共1209名学生，采用中国青少年健康相关行为问卷调查表进行调查。结果61．3％的学生曾经受过欺侮，男生高于女生（P〈0．01）。25．2％学生经常因学习或成绩感到心情不愉快，13．7％的学生有过自杀意念，39．4％的学生有过离家出走意念。女生自杀意念率和离家出走意念率高于男生（P〈0．01）。结论学校、家庭、社会应引起充分重视，共同采取针对性措施，预防、控制和减少故意伤害的发生，促进青少年健康成长。

Junior High School Students Unintentional Injury Behavior in Chengdu

Objective To analysis the condition of behavior related to unintentional injuries among junior high school students in Chengdu. Methods A questionnaire investigation was carried out on adolescent health related behavior among 1 209 students selected by three - stage stratified cluster random sampling method from 6 junior high schools in Chengdu urban areas. Results The incidence of violating traffic rules when riding a bicycle was 43.3 %, which was the highest among the risk behaviors related to unintentional injuries. The incidences of most unintentional injuries were higher among boy students than often happened in school, family and on traffic streets. Conclusions The girl inc students. Unintentional idences of unintentional injuries injuries were high among junior high school students. It is necessary to combine school; family and social to prevent and reduce the injury and improve adolescents＇ health.
