摘    要:目的:调查我国儿童少年鼻高,鼻基宽和鼻基根角的正常值,以规范儿童少年眼镜架鼻托角度。方法:对青岛,厦门,开封和呼和浩特4地区随机抽取5-17岁儿童少年10171例进行活体,:65-17产儿童少年各年龄段鼻高和鼻基宽与年龄呈正相关增长,鼻高男性15岁前,女性13岁前各年龄段间差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。鼻基宽男性16岁前,女性14岁前各年龄段间差异有显著性(P<0.01),鼻基根角男性和女性各年龄段间差异均无显著性(P<0.05),3项鼻指标男性均大于女性(P<0.01),4地区间差异有非常显著性P<0.01,结论:我国5-17岁儿童少年鼻高和备基宽男性15岁前,女性13岁前为发育变动期,鼻基根角男女性别间差异和地区间差异对规定儿童少年眼镜架备托角度无实际意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the nasal height,nasal-based breadth and nasal-based angle for negulating the stand angulation of children spectacte. Methods The 10,171 children aged 5 to 17 years old were randomly selected from Qingdao,Xinmen,Kaifong and Fuhehao. The three indicators were measur. Result The nasal height and nasa-breedth were positively correlated with the age increase from 5 to 17 years.The differences of nasal height between males and females in the age groups of 5 to 15 and 5 to 13 were statistically significant (P<0.01),and the same as nasal-based breadth in the age groups of 5 to 16 and 5 to 14 years, but there was no significence in nasal-based angle.The 3 indicators in males were larger than that in females (P<0.01). Conclusion There was an alteration period of nasal highth and nasal-based bresdth in chinese children 5 to 15 of male and 5 to 13 of females.The differences of nasal-based angle between male and female and among 4 erties.have no practical meanign in regulating the stand angulation of children spectacle.
