130例卵巢囊性肿瘤声像图分类及其临床意义

对130例,计166个卵巢囊性肿瘤声像图与手术病理检查进行对照分析,超声物理性质诊断符合率达98.2％。按囊肿内部回声将囊肿分为①单纯囊肿型(薄壁型、厚壁型);②囊内光点型(散在型、分层型);③囊内光团型(附壁型、悬浮型)。囊壁厚薄、囊内间隔光带、乳头形态及有无腹水,有助于良、恶性的鉴别。并提出了有特异性图像的卵巢囊性肿瘤的鉴别要点。

Pattern and Diagnostic Value of Ultrasonographic Images of the Ovarian-Cyst

130 cases of the ovarian-cyst (total 166 ovary-masses), were assessed by ul-trasonography. The correlation between ultrasonographici images and pathological findings of the ovarial-cyst was studied. Diagnostic correct rate of the sonographic physical property was 98. 2%. The structure of the ovarian-cyst may be divided into 3 types: (1) simple cyst type (thin-walled and thick-walled); (2) intracystic sptical-spot type (disseminate and layered type) and (3) intracystic solid bright band-area (suspended and attatched). The thickness of the cysf-wall, intracystic separate light-band, ascites and papillary form of the ovarian-cyst are the factors helpful in differentiating benign tumor from malignant one. The essential poits for differential diagnosis of the ovarian-cyst from other tumors of the ovary were also discussed.
