| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨结肠滑动性脱出发生的原因和预防处理措施。方法 :采用手术复位修补方法。结果 :34例经手术修补复位后效果良好 ,无复发。结论 :结肠滑动性脱出是结肠造口术后的并发症 ,为防止“疝嵌顿”的发生 ,需及时手术治疗

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the cause,prevention and management of colon slip hernia. Methods: Surgical resetting and repairing were adopted. Results: The effect of all 34 patients who received surgical resetting and repairing was satisfactory and no recurrence had been observed. Conclusion: Colon slip hernia is one of post laparocolostomy complications. It is necessary to adopt surgical resetting and repairing to prevent incarcerated hernia. |
