抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体与早期类风湿关节炎临床表现的关系

目的研究抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体与早期类风湿关节炎(RA)症状和体征的关系。方法464例早期RA患者中,234例抗CCP抗体阳性,230例抗CCP抗体阴性。比较两组患者早期症状、肿胀关节数、压痛关节数、C反应蛋白水平。结果两组患者在晨僵、早期症状的类型、部位、分布、患者病情分级、C反应蛋白水平等没有差异,不同关节平均压痛和肿胀关节数亦相似。结论抗CCP抗体阳性和抗CCP抗体阴性早期RA临床表现相似。

Anti-cyclic-citrullinated peptide antibodies and clinical presentation of early rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To investigate the relationship between anti-cyclic-citrullinated peptide(anti-CCP) antibodies and clinical presentation of early rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods There were 464 patients with early RA, including 234 anti-CCP-positive and 230 anti-CCP-negative patients. The early symptoms, tender and swollen joint count, and C-reactive protein level were compared between the two groups. Results There were no differences in morning stiffness, type, location and distribution of early symptoms, grade of the disease, and the level of C-reactive protein between RA patients with and without anti-CCP antibodies. The mean tender and swollen joint count for different joints was similar. Conclusion The clinical presentation of RA patients with or without anti-CCP antibodies is similar.
