| 摘 要： | 204例动脉硬化性脑梗死中的102例(男85例,女17例)采用藻酸双酯钠0.2g于5％葡萄糖500mL静滴,qd,10-15d为一个疗程,1-2个疗程后改服片剂,0.1g,tid维持;另102例(男83例,女19例)采用右旋糖酐-40500 mL加丹参针剂12mL,静滴qd,10-15d为一个疗程。前者总有效率98.0％,后者为77.4％;前者血液流变学及血脂值均显著改善,后者均无改善。

| Abstract: | Two hundred and four patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction were divided into two groups, 102 patients (M 85, F 17; age 70.0 + 2.2 a) received Polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) 0.2 g in 5 % glucose solution 500 mL iv drip qd, 10-15 d as a course of treatment. After 1-2 courses, the PSS tablet 0.1g, tid, was used for maintenance. Other 102 patients (M 83, F 19; age 68.0 + 2.7 a) received Salvia mil-tiorrhiza 12 mL in dextran-40 500 mL iv drip, qd, 10-15 d as a course of treatment. Results showed the former response rate was 98.0 %, blood lipid level and hemo-rheologic parameters were significantly improved after therapy; the latter response rate was 77.4 % (P<0.01), and the latter blood lipid level and hemorheologic parameters were not significantly improved. |
