急性髓系白血病中FANCF蛋白表达研究

目的研究FANCF蛋白与急性髓系白血病(AML)的相关性。方法以84例AML患者骨髓提取的单个核细胞为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测FANCF蛋白表达。结果FANCF蛋白表达率在初诊AML组为5.0%,完全缓解AML组为68.5%,对照组为75.0%;初诊AML组较对照组中FANCF蛋白表达率明显减低(P<0.05);完全缓解AML组与对照组表达率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论FANCF蛋白在初诊AML中表达率减低,缓解AML组与对照组无明显差异,提示FANCF蛋白可能与AML发病、预后有相关性。

Study on Expression of FANCF in Acute Mydogenouse Leukemia

Objective To study the relationship between FANCF protein and acute myelogenouse leukemia(AML).Methods FANCF protein were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The expression of FANCF protein in preliminary diagnosis group was 5.0%,86.5% in CR group,75% in the control group,which was significantly lower in preliminary diagnosis group than in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in comparing CR group with the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion FANCF protein resides in normal human and has effects.Preliminary diagnosis group of AML show obviously lower expression of FANCF protein than that of the control group,which elucidates that FANCF protein is related to the onset of AML.
