| 摘 要： | 以阿尔帝蓝PH2.5——过碘酸雪夫(AB(PH2.5)/PAS和高铁二胺——阿尔卡蓝PH2.5——过碘酸雪夫(HID/AB(PH2.5)/PAS)组化法及单克隆抗体(MCAb)癌胚抗原(CEA)、抗大肠癌单克隆抗体SC3A,SC6和SC13A与62例粘液腺癌和30例印戒细胞癌进行比较研究。结果证明在两组癌中的两种染色均以酸性粘液及唾液酸粘液为主。免疫组化结果证明4种抗体与两种癌反应的部位主要显示细胞浆和膜,其次为粘液内呈棕黄或棕褐色颗粒。其中MCAb、SC6和SC13A对粘液腺癌诊断价值比CEA反应高。是两种优于CEA肿瘤标记物。

| Abstract: | This article reported the comparative study on 62 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma and 30 cases of Signet-ring Cell carcinoma using the histochemical method (AB (PH2.5) /PAS HID/AB (PH2.5) /PAS) and MCAB (CEA SC3A SC6 SC13A) .The result showed that acid mucin and sialomucin were more than others in two groups of carcinoma by using the two stainings.The immunohistochemical result proved more reaction occured in cytoplasm and cytomembraue, the other in mucin,and showed brownish yellow or dark brown granule.The detectable rate of SC6 and SC13A was higher that of CEA and SC3A. SC6 and SC13A were considered as higher diagnostic value and were helpful to pathological diagnose colorectal mucinous carcinoma |
