摘    要:用体外培养不同时间的C57BL/6雄性小鼠骨髓细胞移植到受致死剂量γ线照射的DBF_1雌性小鼠,记录受照射小鼠30天和60天的活存率,并分析造血和免疫功能的主要指标.对部分长期活存小鼠(60~110天)的骨髓细胞和淋巴细胞的染色体核型作细致观察,了解移植进去的造血细胞是否已被植入,结果表明移植培养骨髓细胞的受照射小鼠活存率远较照射对照组为高,造血与免疫功能明显地重建,这无疑是由于移植骨髓在照射动物中形成稳定的辐射嵌合体所致.

Abstract:The bone marrow cells of C57BL/6 male mice after culture in vitro for different intervals were transplanted into DBF_1 female mice irradiated with lethal dose of gamma rays.The survival rates of 30 and 60 days after irradiation are recorded and some hematological parameters were analysed.The karyotypes of bone marrow cells and lymphocytes in some long-term survived mice (60-100 days) were carefully observed in order to make sure that the transplanted hemopoietic cells were taken by the hosts.The results showed that the survival rate of lethally irradiated F1 mice was markedly increased in comparison with that of irradiated controls and the reconstitution of hemopoiesis and immunological functions was apparently achieved.This is undoubtedly a result of the formation of stable irradiation chimeras.
