| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健脾化瘀方中的药物对消化道肿瘤细胞的体外抑制作用,健脾药物和化瘀解毒药物之间的协同作用。方法采用MTT法,观察不同浓度的健脾化瘀药物对人消化道肿瘤细胞增殖的影响,采用WEB系数法,评价健脾药物和化瘀解毒药物之间的协同作用。结果健脾化瘀方中各药物除黄芪和莪术外,其他各药体外均有一定程度的肿瘤抑制作用;在药物作用48 h后,健脾药物和化瘀解毒药物之间有协同作用。结论健脾化瘀方中药物大多数对消化道肿瘤细胞均有一定程度的抑制作用,健脾法和化瘀解毒法在体外能表现出协同作用。
