189例颌面部骨折临床分析

目的总结分析颌面部骨折的病因、临床特点及治疗方法。方法对189例颌面部骨折患者,分别从年龄、性别、病因、骨折类型、合并伤情况和治疗方式等方面进行综合分析研究。结果颌面部骨折好发于20～50岁年龄段男性,交通事故损伤是最常见病因（68.25%）。骨折类型以下颌骨骨折最多见（43.39%）,常合并全身损伤（41.26%）。治疗以坚固内固定术最佳,尽量恢复患者的功能和美观。结论颌面部骨折坚固内固定术是目前临床最常用,疗效最佳的治疗方法 ,手术时间和手术切口的选择能提高治疗的满意度。

Clinical study of 189 maxillofacial fractures

Aim To review and analyze the causes,clinical features and treatment of maxillofacial fractures.Methods 189 cases were reviewed.Their age,gender,cause of fracture,style of fractures,associated systemic injuries and pattern of fractures treatments were summarized.Results The oral and maxillofacial fractures occur mostly in the 20 to 50 male age group,traffic accidents being the most common causes of injury(68.25%).Mandibular fractures are the most common(43.39%),often associated with systemic injury(41.26%).Treatment with rigid internal fixation is the best,which can restore function and appearance as far as possible.Conclusion Rigid internal fixation is the most commonly used treatment with best clinical curative effect.Surgical time and the choice of incision can improve treatment satisfaction.
