| 摘 要： | 目的：观察比较新型Teu380，母体乐cu375，元官365宫内节育器（IUD）的临床效果。方法：采用对比性研究，以随机方法给210例本市健康育龄妇女放置3种不同IUD，其中元官365IUD68例，Teu38072例，母体乐eu37570例，于放置后0．5、1、2年进行随访。结果：元官365 IUD使用2年妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率、续用率分别是2．94％、2．12％、5．89％、81％。元官365 IUD的2年脱落率2．12％明显低于Teu380的14．3％及母体乐eu375的6．94％。元宫365 IUD的2年续用率高于Teu380。结论：元官365 IUD具有脱落率低、续用率高的优点，值得I临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the effects of Yuangong 365 intrauterine device （IUD） as a new device.Methods：210 cases of healthy childbearing-aged women were randomly provided three types of IUDS：Yuangong 365 IUD 68 women,Tcu380 72 women,Mlcu375 70 women,Then all of them were follow up 0.5,1,2 years.Results：The 2 years pregnant rate,expulision rate,withdrawing rate,and continuation rate of Yuangong 365 IUD were 2.94% ,2.12%,5.89% ,81% respectively.The expulsion rate of Yuangong 365 IUD （2.12%） was lower than that in tcu380 IUD（14.3%） and Mlcu375 IUD（6.94%）.The continuation rate of Yuangong 365 IUD was higher than Tcu380 IUD（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ：Yuangong 365 IUD, as an up-date fixed,copper- contained IUD with lower expulision rate and higher continuation rate, without any supporting frame would be recommended. |
