地震灾难救治的医院内医疗资源配置与合理使用

目的：探讨地震灾害救援中院内医疗资源合理配置的方法与原则。方法：回顾我们医院在汶川地震救援中医疗资源的配跫使用实践。结果：从5月12日-6月30日共接诊伤员37．96万例次，住院21628例，帐篷手术6057例，住院死亡846例。结论：按伤情分区域分组集中管理、充分提高医药物质使用效率、专职小组平行分工、分级管理、综合救治、突出重点可以充分利用医院地震伤员救治力量。提高救治效率和质量。

Reasonable equipment and use of medical resource in hospital for remedying work of mass earthquake casualties

Objective：To explore the way of reasonable equipment and use of medical resource in hospital for the remedying work of mass earthquake casualties. Methods：The practices of early medical management in the hospitals of Mianyang after Wenehuan earthquake were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Basing on the working method of special team and other ways, 21628 casualties were hospitalized up to 30 June,and 6057 operations were completed. But the deficiency of staff and medical materials,especially sterile materials, was serious very much. Conclusion：In hospital,the group management of specially medical team in individual zone and improving utility rate of medical materials are the keys to improve the quality and efficieney of casualty management in hospital after earthquake.
