早期人工气道建立在重度有机磷农药中毒抢救中的作用

目的：探讨早期人工气道建立在重度有机磷农药中毒抢救中的作用。方法：22例口服有机磷农药中毒病人，给以多次充分洗胃．碘解磷定或氯解磷定等复能剂和阿托品综合治疗。病程2～7天发生急性呼吸衰竭。均立即行床旁气管插管并给以机械通气治疗。结果：治疗后19例恢复良好，2例于首次成功脱机后发生中间综合征（IMS），再次发生急性呼吸衰竭，给以建立人工气道并机械通气，抢救成功，1例心肺骤停病人抢救无效死亡。结论：早期人工气道建立可明显提高重度有机磷农药中毒抢救成功率。

Effect of establishment of artificial airway on treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

Objective：To discuss the effect of establishment of artificial airway on severe organophosphate poisoning with respiratory failure（RF）. Methods：22 cases of oral organic pesticide poisoning were repeatedly given the comprehensive treatment with gastric lavage, iodine pralidoxime or pralidoxime chloride and atropine. Acute respiratory failure occurred in 2-7 d. All accepted bedside emergency treatment with tracheal intubation immediately.Results：After treatment, 19 cases recovered well;2 cases had intermediate syndrome after success in weaning at first time and recovered after establishing artificial airway again ; 1 case died from cardiopulmonary arrest. Conclusion：Establishment of artificial airway could significantly improve the successful rescue rate of severe organophosphate poisoning.
