临床药师心理压力对职业倦怠影响研究

目的：探讨药师心理压力与职业倦怠相关性,为药房管理提供干预依据。方法：采用中文版知觉心理压力量表（CPSS）和职业倦怠调查通用量表（MBI-GS）对100名临床药师进行测评,评定出重度心理压力者（研究组）和轻度心理压力者（对照组）,比较分析两组职业倦怠状况。结果：药师重度心理压力者（研究组）38名,轻度心理压力者（对照组）62名,重度心理压力检出率38.0%。研究组MBI-GS评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,MBI-GS与CPSS存在高度相关性。结论：临床药师心理压力较大,是产生职业倦怠的重要因素,医院管理者应帮助临床药师减轻心理压力,以降低职业倦怠的发生,更好地优化药学服务。

The effect of mental stress on job burnout of clinical pharmacists

Objective： To explore the relevance between mental stress and job burnout in clinical pharmacist,in order to afford the intervention basis for pharmacy management. Methods： 100 clinical pharmacist were evaluated by CPSS and MBI - GS,the serious psychological pressure clinical pharmacist （ study group） and the mild psychological pressure clinical pharmacist （ contral study） were screened ,the difference of MBI between the two groups was compared. Results：The serious psychological pressure clinical pharmacist （study group） was 38 cases,the mild psychological pressure clinical phar- macist （ central study） was 62 case, the detection rate of serious psychological pressure was 38.0% ; the score of MBI - GS in study group was higher than that in eontral group（ P 〈 0.0t ） ,there was a correlation between CPSS and MBI- GS. Conclusion ：The mental stress of the clinical pharmacist is more, mental stress is key factor which produces job burnout,the hospital administrators is ought to help clinical pharmacist to relieve mental stress,in order to reduce job burnout to happen, optimize pharmaceutical care better.
