氯沙坦联合卡维地洛治疗老年慢性心力衰竭临床研究

目的：观察氯沙坦联合卡维地洛治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效和安全性。方法：在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上，将80例年龄（63±6．7）岁的慢性心力衰竭患者随机分成两组，即氯沙坦联合卡维地洛治疗组40例，氯沙坦对照组40例，对比两组治疗前后的疗效及各项指标的变化。结果：治疗组治疗后各项指标均明显提高（P〈0．05），总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：氯沙坦联合卡维地洛治疗老年慢性心力衰竭比单用氯沙坦有更好的临床疗效，能很好地提高生活质量。

Clinical study on effect of losartan combined with carvedilol in aged chronic heart failure

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of losartan combined with carvedilol in gerontic patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods ：Based on conventional treatment, 80 CHF patients aged （63±6.7）years] were divided into treatment and control groups,the treatment group（n=40） were prescribed with both losartan and carvedilol,while the control group（n=40） with carvedilol only.The treatment efficacy and other indexes were compared after treatment.Results：After treatment, the total efficiency of the treatment group were significantly better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Better clinical results are achieved by losartan and carvdilol combination therapy in gerontic patients with chronic heart failure compared with losartan therapy alone.The life quality of patients are also improved by the com- bination therapy.
