左旋氨氯地平对老年高血压的动态脉压影响

目的：利用动态血压监测技术观察左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的脉压疗效。方法：选取80例轻、中度高血压患者，试验前未服用降压药物或停用其他降压药物1周以上，给予口服左旋氨氯地平2．5mg／d，连续用药4周，降压疗效较差者加量至5mg/d，所有患者于药物治疗前和治疗4周后进行24h动态血压监测。结果：左旋氨氯地平能明显降低诊室血压（P〈0．05）和24h动态血压（P〈0．05），能降低老年高血压的脉压（P〈0．05）。结论：左旋氨氯地平对老年高血压的脉压有明显的影响。

Efficacy of levamlodipine in the treatment of dynamic pulse differential pressure in senile hypertension

Objective ：To observe the efficacy of levamlopine in decreasing 24-hour blood Pulse Pressure.Methods： 80 patients with mild or moderate essential hypertension were given oral levamlodipine 2.5 mg or 5 mg once daily for 4 weeks.24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring （ABPM） was performed before therapy and 4 weeks after therapy. Results：The clinical blood pressure of all patients was significantly lower after 4 weeks of therapy （P〈0.05）,24 h SBP,24 hDBP （P〈0.05） and dynamic pulse differential pressure decreased significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Levamlodipine is an effective agent,with less side effects.Levamlodipine can decrease blood pressure during 24 hours and dynamic pulse differential pressure in senile hypertension.
