| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨立止血在新生儿上消化道出血中的应用价值。方法:56例非血液病所致的新生儿上消化道出血患儿,随机分为两组,对照组26例常规止血治疗,治疗组30例在对照组基础上加用立止血治疗。结果:治疗组的显效率和总有效率均高于对照组,有显著差异性（X2分别为4.23、5.779,P均<0.05）。结论:立止血治疗新生儿上消化道出血疗效可靠、安全,未见明显副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe into the effects of rettilase in the treatment of neonatal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods: 56 patients without hematologic diseases were randomly assigned to 2 groups: 30 patients in treatment group, using rettilase in addition to the general hemostat-ic treatment; 26 patients in control group, using the general treatment. Results: Both of the total effective rate and the marked effective rate of therapic group are higher than that of control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusion: Effects of rettilase in treatment of neonatal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage are definite and safe. Side effects were never seen. |
