p27蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达与预后的关系

目的 :探讨p2 7蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达水平与预后的关系。方法 :用免疫组化方法检测p2 7蛋白在 84例结直肠癌中的表达水平 ,分析 (χ2 检验 )其与临床病理学特征的关系 ,Logrank检验p2 7蛋白的表达与生存时间的关系 ,Cox回归模型作单因素和多因素预后分析。结果 :p2 7蛋白在结直肠癌中的高表达率为 5 7.14 % (48 84 ) ;低表达率为 4 2 .86 % (36 84 )。p2 7蛋白低表达与结直肠癌分期晚、易发生淋巴结转移和远处转移显著相关。Logrank检验发现p2 7蛋白的表达与结直肠癌患者的生存期呈正相关 ,Cox模型则显示p2 7蛋白是结直肠癌的一个独立的预后标志物。结论 :p2 7蛋白低表达与结直肠癌分期晚、易发生淋巴结转移和远处转移 ,以及预后差、生存期短显著相关 ,p2 7蛋白高表达则相反。p2 7蛋白是结直肠癌的一个独立的预后标志物

Relationships Between p27 Expression and Prognosis in Colorectal Cancer

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of p27 tumor supprssor gene and prognosis of colorectal cancer. Method: The expression of p27 in 84 colorectal cancer specimens was examined by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between p27 and clinicopathological characteristics or survival time was analyzed by chi square test (χ 2 test) or log rank test, respectively. Univariate and multivariate prognostic analyses were performed by using Cox's regression model. Results: The high p27 expression rate in colorectal cancer was 57.14%(48/84), while low expression rate was 42.86%(36/84). Low expression of p27 in colorectal cancer was significantly associated with late TNM stage, high incidence of lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. Log rank test showed that the p27 expression was positively correlated with survival time and Cox's regression model indicated that p27 was a independent prognostic marker of colorectal cancer. Conclusion: Low p27 expression in colorectal cancer is significantly associated with late TNM stage, high incidence of lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, poor prognosis and short survival time. p27 is an independent and available prognostic marker of colorectal cancer.
