| 摘 要： | 微波治疗是以微波振荡器上的1～8根针直接插入肿瘤组织,经通电后骤然升温,以高热使癌细胞结构破坏,达到治疗效果的一种新疗法。本文作者对14例晚期肺癌患者在剖胸探查不能切除情况下,选用了微波治疗。随访结果:一年生存率50％;术后短期症状缓解率92％;肿瘤缩小率达64％。作者认为:微波治疗对晚期肺癌,作为一种局部姑息处理,有其实用价值。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the follow up results of microwave therapy on 14 cases oflate stage lung cancer, among them squamous cells carcinoma 11 cases, adenocarci-noma 2 cases, and mixed type 1 case. The present effectiveness is 64%. Symptomsand signs release or disappear rate is 92%. One year survival rate is 50%. No severeside reaction occurred. The authors pointed out that further study of microwave the-rapy used as a regional palliative treatment for late stage lung cancer has its activesignificance. |
