| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨精浆弹性硬蛋白酶、果糖和中性α-葡萄糖苷酶测定在梗阻性无精子症诊断中的意义.方法 对106例无精子症患者进行精浆生化组项（精浆弹性硬蛋白酶、果糖和中性α-葡萄糖苷酶）检测,同时结合病史及体格检查判断梗阻性无精子症及其病因.结果 梗阻性无精子症38例,将病因诊断的初步诊断结果与最后诊断结果进行比较,直接诊断符合率68.4%（26/38）;间接诊断符合率66.7%8/12（38-26）]：总体诊断符合率89.5%（34/38）.结论 无精子症精浆生化组项检测对于梗阻性无精子症病因的诊断具有经济、快速、无创等优点.
