鲁中南地区汉族ABO、Rh等主要血型系统抗原分布调查

目的　调查研究鲁中南地区汉族人群ABO、Rh等主要血型系统抗原分布状况。方法　采用血型群体遗传学研究方法 ,随机选择鲁中南地区汉族人群 2 172人 ,进行ABO、Rh、MN、P血型系统的表现型及基因频率分布调查分析。结果　(1)ABO血型表现型频率顺序B >O >A >AB ,基因频率r >q >p ,民族指数 =0 .88。 (2 )A2 表现型频率为 1.0 2 %。(3)Rh血型表现型以CCDee、CcDE多见 ,基因组合体频率CDe(0 .6 812 )最高。(4 )MN血型基因频率m =0 .4 95 1,n =0 .5 0 4 9。(5 )P血型基因频率P1 =0 .12 2 3,P2 =0 .8777,结论　鲁中南地区汉族人群ABO、Rh等主要血型系统抗原分布状况与北方汉族人群血型抗原分布特征基本相符

Investigation on the Distribution of ABO and Rh lood Type Antigen of the Han Nationality in the Middle and Southern Shandong

Objective To investigate the distribution of ABO,Rh etc blood type antigen of the Han nationality in the middle and south of Shandong.Methods In the middle and south of Shandong,2 172 subjects from the Han nationality were enrolled into the investigation at random,and the distribution of ABO,Rh,MN and P blood type antigen and their gene frequency analyzed.Results (1) The frequency of ABO phenotype was as following:B>O>A>AB,and gene frequency r>q>p.Nationality index was equal to 0.88. (2) The frequency of A 2 phenotype was 1.02%.(3) Among Rh phenotypes,CCDee and CcDE were common, and the frequency of CDc gene complex was highest (0.6812). (4) As for the frequency of MN gene, m was equal to 0.4951,and n 0.5049.(5) The frequencies of P 1 and P 2 were 0.1223 and 0.8777 respectively. Conclusion The distribution of ABO, Rh etc in the Han nationality from the middle and southern Shandong accords with the distributive characteristic of blood type antigen of northern Han nationality.
