| 摘 要： | 目的:分析我院儿科住院患儿的抗菌药物使用情况,评价其合理性。方法:抽取2012年1月至2013年1月间我院儿科住院部出院病历360份,对抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计和分析。结果:360例患儿中,325例使用了抗菌药物,使用率为90.3%,使用频率最高的为头孢菌素类,占52.3%(170/325),以二联用药为主,占60.3%(196/325),不合理用药34例,占10.5%。结论:我院儿科住院患者使用抗菌药物存在不合理情况,有待改进。
