康复新液联合维生素B12治疗慢性糜烂性唇炎的疗效观察

目的研究康复新液联合维生素B_(12)片治疗慢性糜烂性唇炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年7月—2017年2月在上海中医药大学附属曙光医院就诊的72例慢性糜烂性唇炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各36例。对照组患者口服维生素B_(12)片,4片/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予康复新液,冲净或轻轻拭去表面不健康组织,然后以无菌纱布吸干创面,2次/d。两组患者均连续治疗4周。观察两组患者的临床疗效,同时比较两组的临床症状改善时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和复发情况。结果治疗后,对照组总有效率为75.00%,显著低于治疗组的94.44%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者糜烂发痒、灼热疼痛、肿胀和液体渗出改善时间显著短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。且治疗组VAS评分显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的复发率为5.56%,显著低于对照组的22.22%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论康复新液联合维生素B_(12)片治疗慢性糜烂性唇炎具有较好的临床疗效,可有效改善临床症状和体征评分,降低复发率,具有一定临床应用价值。

Clinical observation of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with vitamin B12 in treatment of chronic erosive cheilitis

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Vitamin B₁₂ Tablets in treatment of chronic erosive cheilitis. Methods Patients (72 cases) with chronic erosive cheilitis in Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 36 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Vitamin B₁₂ Tablets, 4 tablets daily. Patients in the treatment group were administered with Kangfuxin Liquid on the basis of the control group, rinsed or gently wiped the unhealthy tissue, then dried the wound with sterile gauze, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, VAS scores and recurrence in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 85.33% and 97.37%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement times of erosion itchy, searing pain, swelling, and fluid exudation in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 5.56%, which was significantly lower than 22.22% in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Vitamin B₁₂ Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic erosive cheilitis, can effectively improve symptom and sign scores, and reduce recurrence rate, which has a certain clinical application value.
