瑞舒伐他汀联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑血栓的疗效观察

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗急性脑血栓患的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月新疆昌吉州人民医院收治的急性脑血栓患者64例为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组(32例)和治疗组(32例)。对照组患者静脉滴注奥扎格雷钠注射液,1支/次,溶解于500 mL生理盐水中,2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服瑞舒伐他汀钙片,1次/d。两组患者均连续治疗2周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的凝血功能和血液流变学指标。结果治疗后,对照组、治疗组总有效率分别为78.1%、96.9%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组凝血酶原时间(PT)水平显著升高,活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组凝血功能指标水平明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积和血沉水平均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组血流动力学指标水平明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗急性脑血栓具有较好临床疗效,改善凝血功能和血液流变学指标,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical observation of rosuvastatin combined with ozagrel sodium in treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets combined with Ozagrel Sodium Injection in treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis. Methods Patients (64 cases) with acute cerebral thrombosis in Xinjiang Changji People''s Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control (32 cases) and treatment (32 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Ozagrel Sodium Injection, 1 bottle/time, dissolved in 500 mL of normal saline, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets on the basis of the control group, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for two weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, coagulation function indexes and hemorheological indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 78.1% and 96.9%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the PT levels in two groups were significantly increased, but the APTT, FIB, and D-D levels were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the coagulation function indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the levels of hemorheological indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets combined with Ozagrel Sodium Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis, can improve the coagulation function indexes and hemorheological indexes, which has a certain clinical application value.
