甲亢灵胶囊联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的疗效观察

目的探讨甲亢灵胶囊联合甲巯咪唑片治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效。方法选取2015年10月—2017年3月成都市郫都区中医医院收治的甲状腺功能亢进症患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组口服甲巯咪唑片,10 mg/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服甲亢灵胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d,两组患者均连续治疗6周,随访半年。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的甲状腺功能指标。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为80.00%、96.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组游离型三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离型甲状腺素(FT4)水平均显著下降,促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平均显著升高,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组这些甲状腺功能指标的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论甲亢灵胶囊联合甲巯咪唑片治疗甲状腺功能亢进症具有较好临床疗效,能改善甲状腺功能,安全性较好,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical observation of Jiakangling Capsules combined with thiamazole in treatment of hyperthyroidism

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiakangling Capsules combined with Thiamazole Tablets in treatment of hyperthyroidism. Methods Patients (60 cases) with hyperthyroidism in Chengdu Pidu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 30 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Thiamazole Tablets, 10 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jiakangling Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks, then followed up for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the thyroid functions in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.00% and 96.67%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of FT3 and FT4 in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of TSH in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the thyroid function indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jiakangling Capsules combined with Thiamazole Tablets has a clinical curative effect in treatment of hyperthyroidism, can improve the thyroid function, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
