参松养心胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

目的研究参松养心胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月—2017年6月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者120例作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组患者口服单硝酸异山梨酯片,1片/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服参松养心胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。两组患者持续治疗28 d。观察两组的临床疗效和心电图疗效,比较两组的临床症状。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的临床总有效率分别为85.00%、96.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,对照组和治疗组的心电图疗效有效率分别为80.00%、95.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组心绞痛发作次数和心绞痛持续时间均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组临床症状明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗冠心病心绞痛具有较好的临床疗效,可改善患者临床症状,安全性较好,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical observation of Shensong Yangxin Capsules combined with isosorbide mononitrate in treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease

Objective To study the effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsules combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets in treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (120 cases) with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease in People''s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shensong Yangxin Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 28 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies and electrocardiogram efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptoms in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 85.00% and 96.67%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the electrocardiogram efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.00% and 95.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency of angina pectoris and the duration of angina pectoris in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the clinical symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shensong Yangxin Capsules combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease, can improve clinical symptoms, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
