妇炎舒胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗女性生殖道支原体感染的临床研究

目的观察妇炎舒胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗生殖道支原体感染的临床疗效。方法选取信阳市中医院2017年1月—2017年12月收治的生殖道支原体感染患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组口服阿奇霉素片,0.5 g/次,1次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上口服妇炎舒胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗2周。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者炎症因子指标、症状消失时间和支原体转阴情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组临床总有效率分别为76.67%和93.33%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,C反应蛋白(CRP)水平显著降低,白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平显著升高,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),且治疗后治疗组CRP和IL-2水平明显优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后,治疗组临床症状消失时间明显早于对照组,治疗组支原体转阴率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论妇炎舒胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗生殖道支原体感染临床疗效确切,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical study on Fuyanshu Capsules combined with azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma infection in female genital tract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fuyanshu Capsules combined with azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma infection in female genital tract. Methods Patients (120 cases) with mycoplasma infection in genital tract in TCM Hospital of Xinyang from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Azithromycin Tablets, 0.5 g/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fuyanshu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the inflammatory factors, the disappearance time of symptoms, and mycoplasma negative cases in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups was 76.67% and 93.33%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the CRP levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), but IL-2 levels were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the CRP and IL-2 levels in the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of symptoms in the treatment group after treatment was significantly earlier than that in the control group, and the mycoplasma negative rate was significantly higher than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fuyanshu Capsules combined with azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma infection in female genital tract has definite clinical curative effect, which has a certain clinical application value.
