| 摘 要： | 目的探讨围产期感染高危因素、分娩方式、胎龄等多种因素对新生儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取产科单胎分娩产妇304例,采用免疫比浊法测定新生儿脐血IgA、IgG、IgM及补体C3、C4。结果（1）感染高危组IgA、IgM含量明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）;（2）阴道分娩组IgG含量明显高于剖宫产组（P〈0.05）;（3）早产组IgG、补体C3、C4含量明显低于非早产组（P〈0.01）。结论母体存在感染高危因素对新生儿免疫功能有一定的影响;阴道分娩可促进新生儿免疫功能的增强;早产儿免疫功能不成熟。
