| 摘 要： | 作者观察了胃镜诊断并活检证实的64例疣状胃炎的病理改变及免疫组化检查。病理改变除炎症外,尚伴有不同程度的糜烂和渗出,15例伴有肠上皮化生(23.4％),17例伴有不典型增生(26.6％),2例呈腺瘤样增生(3.1％)。免疫组化结果:MG7染色阳性率12.50％,伴有肠上皮化生或不典型增生者阳性率分别为13.3％和29.4％。提示疣状胃炎可以出现MG7相应抗原物质的表达,尤其在伴有不典型增生时,应引起重视。

| Abstract: | Sixty- four cases of verrucous gastritis (VG) were observed by pathology and immunohistochemical localization of monoclonal antibody against gastric carcinoma MG7. There are 17 cases with dysplasia and 15 cases with intestinal metaplasia, 8 cases (12.5%) with VG showed positive staining by MG7, associating with dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia The results suggest that the VG be considered an important premalignant lesion of stomach. |
