肝硬化患者幽门螺杆菌感染的临床研究

目的　研究肝硬化患者幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染的临床特点。方法　对明确诊断为肝硬化的 82例患者的消化性溃疡、肝功能、食管静脉曲张、肝硬化病因等状况与HP感染情况的关系进行分析。结果　HP感染与肝硬化消化性溃疡的形成及肝硬化病因无相关性。随着肝功能损害的加重 ,食管静脉曲张程度的加重 ,HP感染率逐渐下降。结论　对伴有HP感染的肝硬化患者不必进行积极的根除HP治疗而应该关注于肝脏病变本身的治疗。

Clinical study of the helicobacter pylori infection in liver cirrhosis

Objective To study the clinical characteristicsof the Helicobacter pylori infection in liver cirrhosis.Methods Analyze the relationship between the condition of peptic ulcer, liver function, esophageal varices, etiology and HP infection in patients with liver cirrhosis.Results There was no relationship between HP infection and peptic ulcer,etiology in patients with liver cirrhosis. The prevalence of Hpinfection decreased as liver function and esophageal varices deteriorated.Conclusion As far as HP infected patients with liver cirrhosis is concerned, we should pay more attention to treat liver diseases than to actively eradicate HP.
