某高校各民族学生乙型肝炎病毒感染调查

目的了解不同民族大学生乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染情况。方法对中南民族大学2007年入学的4015名大学生用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测乙肝5项,进行统计学分析。结果HBsAg总阳性率为4.31%,壮族学生的HBsAg阳性率(11.5%)明显高于汉族(3.75%),男生HBsAg阳性率(6.21%)明显高于女生(2.54%)。结论乙型肝炎病毒感染率在不同民族学生间有差异性。

Investigation on HBV Infection Among College Students in a Certain College

Objective To explore HBV infection among the college students of different nationalities.Method To test and analyze HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,and HBcAb of 4,015 freshmen on 2007 Grade in South Central University of Nationalities.Results Totally 4.31% of these participants were of HBsAg positive.The HBsAg positive ratio of college students of Zhuang nationality(11.5%)was significantly higher than that of Han nationality(3.75%).The HBsAg positive ratio of the male students(6.21%)were significantly higher than that of the female students(2.54%).Conclusion The morbidity of HBV infection shows statistical different in the college students of different nationalities.
