膀胱碰撞癌(附9例报告)

目的:探讨膀胱碰撞癌的临床特点及诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析9例膀胱碰撞癌临床资料并结合文献复习,总结其性别比、好发部位、临床表现、治疗方法等。结果:膀胱碰撞癌男性高发,生长部位主要集中在膀胱基底部,临床表现多为血尿伴有尿路刺激症状,术前活检有助于诊断,治疗以手术为主。结论:膀胱碰撞癌是一种临床少见的膀胱恶性肿瘤,预后极差。相关临床特点有待进一步总结。

The Collision Carcinoma of Bladder: A Report of 9 Cases

Obiective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of the collision carcinoma of bladder.Methods:Nine patients were retrospectively studied on the review of the literatures,including sex ratio,predilection sites,clinical situations and therapies.Results:The collision carcinoma of bladder was more common in males than in females and the predominant location was basilar part of the bladder.The clinical symptoms including gross hematuria,pollakisuria and urodynia.The preoperative biopsy was beneficial to diagnosis and operation was the major therapy.Conclusions:The collision carcinoma of bladder is a tumour of high malignancy and is rare in clinical cases.The prognosis is worse.The clinical features of the collision carcinoma of bladder need further investigation.
