依托配置中心，促进儿童合理用药

目的：对静脉药物配置中心药师干预不合理用药进行回顾性分析。方法：对我院静脉药物配置中心2009年第4季度和2010年第1季度提交的不合理医嘱汇总进行分析。结果：经过药师的干预．不合理用药比例由2.80％下降为1.74％．不合理用药表现在输液浓度、载体选择、配伍禁忌、给药方式、使用剂量、给药频次、药物剂型选择等方面。结论：静脉药物配置中心在配置前通过药师审核医嘱，可及时发现纠正不合理用药．通过与医师沟通．及时予以纠正。为患儿提供安全、合理、有效、经济的药物治疗，促进临床合理使用药物。

Promoting Rational Use of Drugs in Children Based on the Platform of PIVAS

Objective： To retrospective analysis the pharmacists intervene of irrational use of drugs in PIVAS. Methods. Comparison and analysis the doctors＇ irrational orders PIVAS received from september, 2009 to march, 2010. Results. The proportion of irrational use of drugs declined from 2.80% to 1.74% by the invention from pharmacists. The irrational use of drugs mainly includes concentration, solvent selection, incompatibility, method of administration, doses, dosing interval, selection of drug dosage forms and so on. Conclusion： Irrational drug use can be detected in time by DIVAS, through pharmacists＇ examining orders before the drugs were admixed. Irrational drug use can be rectified through pharmacists＇ communication with doctors. PIVAS can provide safe, rational, effective and economical drug therapy, and improve the rational drug use.
