百力胶囊抗缺氧耐疲劳作用的动物实验研究

摘    要:目的:研制一种有效的抗缺氧、耐疲劳中药。方法:实验检测百力胶囊对急性减压缺氧小鼠存活率的影响;对游泳疲劳耐寒冷实验小鼠生存时间的影响。结果:急性减压实验给药组与对照组小鼠死亡率有显著性差异,给药组存活率明显高于对照组(P<0.005);游泳疲劳耐寒冷实验两组有非常显著之差异,给药组小鼠在冷水中游泳存活时间明显延长(P<0.001)。结论:提示该药有较好的抗缺氧、耐疲劳作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore a traditional Chinese medicine which hold the effect of anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue Methods The effects of Bai Li capsule on mice survival rate were studied in acute decompression causing hypoxia We studied the influence in swimming mice survival time on fatigue and cold tolerance Results In acute decompression causing hypoxia of experiment,Bai Li capsule showed significant effect of improving mice survival rate than that of control group respectively (P<0 005) In swimming mice survival time on fatigue and cold tolerance experiment,it indicated Bai Li capsule group showed longer survival time than control group in cold water (P<0 001) Conclusion It is suggested that Bai Li capsule has significant effect on anti-hypoxia and fatigue tolerance
