晚期老年性痴呆患者家庭护理干预效果评价

目的探讨家庭护理干预对晚期老年性痴呆(AD)的护理效果,提高晚期AD患者的生存质量。方法将40例晚期AD患者随机分为观察组和对照组各20例,对照组进行常规出院指导,出院后不施加任何干预。观察组在此基础上进行为期一年的家庭护理干预,包括对AD患者及家庭照顾者进行AD疾病知识及护理技能指导、家居安全护理指导,指导照顾者为患者进行预防褥疮、泌尿系感染、肺部感染的护理、肢体功能锻炼及对照顾者心理疏导等。干预后统计两组患者在肺部感染、泌尿系感染、褥疮等全身并发症发生率以及家居安全意外发生率。结果观察组的肺部感染、泌尿系感染、褥疮以及家居安全意外的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有效的家庭护理干预可提高晚期AD患者的生存质量,延缓病情的进展。

Observation of Family Nursing Interventions of Advanced Alzheimer's Ddisease

Objective To explore the effect of family nursing in patients with advanced Alzheimer's disease and improve their life quality.Methods 40 AD patients were divided into the experimental group(20) and the control group(20) randomly.Control group only received conventional finally discharge instructions.The experimental group received conventional finally discharge instructions and one year family nursing,including the disease and nursing knowledge,psychological nursing,function exercise,home-secure care and complication prophylaxis.Results After intervention,the occurrence rates of pulmonary infection,urinary infection,bedsore and accident of residence house in the experimental group were significant less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective family nursing interventions can promote the quality of patients'life with advanced Alzheimer's disease,retard the progress of AD.
