2006年海珠区7岁以下儿童单纯肥胖症流行状况调查

目的：了解海珠区7岁以下儿童肥胖的流行情况,掌握儿童肥胖症的流行变化趋势,制定干预措施提供依据。方法：分层整群抽样海珠区7岁以下儿童3339名,根据WHO的身高标准体重值进行诊断及分度,大于10％-19％为超重,20％以上为肥胖。结果：海珠区7岁以下儿童单纯性肥胖症检出率为1．44％,超重检出率为2．85％,均以1岁以内及3岁后栓出率高,呈现一种“v”型趋势。结论：海珠区7岁以下儿童超重、肥胖检出率均大幅度的增加,肥胖将成为威胁我区儿童健康的常见病之一。肥胖的控制可采用以家庭、社区、托幼因所为基础的共同干预模式,做到早期发现儿童肥胖,及早进行干预,确保儿童健康成长。
