正交试验法优选补阳还五胶囊的水提工艺

目的优选补阳还五胶囊的水提工艺。方法采用L8（2^7）正交试验，以总皂苷和黄芪甲苷为指标，考察提取次数、提取时间、加溶媒量、浸泡时间和pH值对提取效果的影响。结果最佳工艺为：药材加水煎煮3次，第1次用8倍量水，煎煮1h；第2次、第3次分别用4倍量水，各煎煮1h，调pH值为12。结论本法为补阳还五胶囊水提工艺的确定提供了实验依据。
