急性脑血管病后偏瘫的康复治疗

目的 :探讨如何提高中风偏瘫者康复疗效。方法 :用修改的Barthel指数方法评定基本日常生活能力 ,对 64例中风偏瘫者治疗前后进行评估分析。结果 :经药物和康复治疗后生活完全自理为 3 3 % ,稍依赖为 60 % ,较大依赖7% ;未经康复治疗生活完全自理为 3 % ,稍依赖为 2 6% ,较大依赖为 5 1% ,完全依赖 2 0 % ,两者差异显著。结论 :中风偏瘫康复治疗疗效显著 ,有较实用的临床价值

Rehabilitation in the Treatment of Hemiparalysis after Cerebrovascular Accident

Objective:To explore the ways of improving the effect in the treatment of hemiparalysis after cerebrovascular accident (apoplexy).Methods:The viability of 64 hemiparalysis patients were analyzed and evaluated with the revised Barthel index method.Results:In the group of pharmacotherapy and rehabilitation, 33% patients could take care of themselves, 60% needed a little help and 7% were dependent. In the group of pharmacotherapy, only 3% patients could take care of themselves, 26% needed a little help and 51% were dependent. The difference was significant.Conclusions:Rehabilitation has good effects in the treatment of hemiparalysis after cerebrovascular accident.
