喘憋型肺炎69例临床分析

本文报导喘憋型肺炎69例。春秋两季发病率最高,男性多于女性,4个月～2岁为好发年龄。主要临床表现为发热、咳嗽、喘憋、肺部中细湿罗音及哮呜音。经抗生素、激素、血管活性药物及对症处理,疗效满意。文中还就其诊断和治疗进行了讨论。

Clinical Analysis of 69 Patients with Asthmatic Pneumonia

Sixty nine patients with asthmatic pneumonia are analyzed. The incidence was higher in spring and autumn (84%), Boys were more than girls. The pathogenic age ranged mostly from 4 months tc 2 years old. The chief manifestations were fever, cough, asthma, fine and moist rale and wheezing sounds in lungs. The curative effects were satisfactory by taking antibiotics, ho mone, blood vessel active remedy and symptomatic treatment These patients were all recovered, Diagnosis and treatment of the disease are also discussed.
