摘    要:目的:探索兔骨髓基质细胞与自体牙骨质片的体外附着生长规律. 方法:体外分离培养新西兰大白兔骨髓基质细胞,接种于牙片联合培养4 wk,通过倒置相差显微镜、扫描电镜观察细胞与材料附着情况. 结果:骨髓基质细胞附着牙骨质片生长良好,贴附紧密,并能形成新生的类牙骨质样矿化组织. 结论:骨髓基质细胞能在牙骨质片上附着生长并形成新生矿化组织,是理想的牙周组织工程种子细胞.

Abstract:AIM: To investigate growth of rabbit bone marrow stromal cells (BMSC) adhesion to the cementum slices in vitro . METHODS: BMSC of rabbits were isolated and cultured in vitro and then co cultured with the cementum slices. Cell adhesion at different times was analyzed by reverse phase difference microscope and scanning electro microscope. RESULTS: BMSC were well adhered to the cementum slices and the cells on the cementum slices exhibited a cementum like and mineralized appearance. CONCLUSION: BMSC can well adhere to and proliferate on the cementum slices and they can form a new type of mineralized tissue.
