| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨坚固内固定术后颌间牵引对骨折复位效果的影响。方法 对97例颌骨骨折病例行坚固内固定复位术，其中50例术后加颌间牵引，47例不加颌间牵引，对两组治疗效果比较分析。结果 对单发性骨折，两组效果无显著性差异（P＞0．05）；对多发性骨折，两组效果有显著性差异（P＜0．05），坚固内固定术加颌间牵引组治疗效果优于未加颌间牵引组。结论 坚固内固定术后颌间牵引对多发性骨折具有良好的复位作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the affection of intermaxillary traction after the operation of reduction and internal fasten fixation to treat jaw fracture.Methods 47 cases among 97 accepted internal fasten fixation, the other 50 cases accepted internal fasten fixation and intermaxillary traction . Results To the single fracture there was no significant difference between the two methods (p>0.05). To the multiple fracture there was significant difference between the two methods (0.05>p>0.01), the method of internal fasten fixation with interrmaxillary traction is better than the method of single internal fasten fixation.Conclusion Intermaxillary traction after the operation of internal fasten fixation has a good reducing effect to treat multiple fracture |
