漂白粉杀灭副溶血性弧菌及其影响因素的实验研究

摘    要:目的 研究漂白粉杀灭副溶血性弧菌效果及其影响因素。方法 应用悬液定量杀菌试验观察漂白粉对副溶血性弧菌的杀灭作用,及温度、pH和有机物对杀菌效果的影响。结果 用有效氯含量为0.125mg/L和0.25mg/L的漂白粉溶液分别对副溶血性弧菌作用1min,0.0625mg/L漂白粉溶液作用5min,杀灭率均为100%;杀菌作用随温度升高、pH降低而增强,因有机物存在而减弱。结论 漂白粉可杀灭水环境中的副溶血性弧菌。

Abstract:Objective To study the bactericidal efficacy and influential factors of bleach containing chlorine on Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Methods The suspension quantitative bactericidal test was performed to observe the bactericidal efficacy of bleach containing chlorine on Vibrio parahaemolyticus and the influences of temperature, pH value and organic substance on the bactericidal efficacy. Results The killing rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 100% when the available chlorine was 0.125 mg/L or 0.25 mg/L with a 1 minute contact time, the same result was got when the available chlorine was 0.0625 mg/L with a 5 minute contact time. The bactericidal efficacy enhanced with rising of temperature and drop of pH; the efficacy decreased with organic substance. Conclusion Bleach containing chlorine can kill the Vibrio parahaemolyticus in water.
