| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨缺血性脑血管病患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块不稳定性与高血压、糖尿病、脉压等危险因素的关系。方法 :将 112例缺血性脑血管病患者按颈动脉超声表现分为稳定性斑块组 (71例 )、不稳定性斑块组 (4 1例 ) ;比较 2组患者的脉压值 ,并分析不稳定性斑块发生率与血压、血糖的关系。结果 :不稳定性斑块组脉压大于稳定性组(t=2 .86 ,P <0 .0 5 )。动脉瓣粥样硬化斑块不稳定性与高血压史、糖尿病史有关 (χ2 =5 .4 9及 2 1.6 2 ,Ρ均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :高血压、糖尿病及脉压与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块不稳定性有关。

| Abstract: | Aim: To explore the relation between hypertension, diabetes and unstable plaques of carotid atherosclerosis in ischemic cerebrovascular patients.Methods: A toal of 112 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular were divided into 2 groups according to their carotid ultrasomic examination: stable carotid atherosclerosis group and unstable plaque group. The proportion of hypertension, diabetes histories,and pulse pressure was compared between the two groups.Results: There were significant differences in the proportions of hypertension, diabetes historys,and pulse pressure between the 2 groups. Conclusion: There is a closed relationship between these risk factors including hypertension,diabetes, pulse pressure,and unstable plaques of carotid atherosclerosis in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. |
