| 摘 要： | 目的应用动态比浊法鲎试验定量测定参麦注射液的细菌内毒素含量.方法通过对3批样品中定量添加标准内毒素的干扰试验,其回收率分别为90.78%、80.03%、79.22%.结果将样品进行1/30稀释,样品中定量添加标准内毒素,回收率均在50%～200%,无干扰作用.结论动态比浊法鲎试验可以高效地测定参麦注射液的细菌内毒素.

| Abstract: | Objective:The kinetic turbidimetric limulus test was used in the endotoxin assay of Shen Mai injection. Methods:The validation test was fulfiled,when the amount of endotoxin spiked in Shen Mai injection sample were recovered in 90.78%,80.03%,79 22%.Results:The 30 fold dilution to Shen Mai injection is effective to eliminate the interference in limulus test. Conclution:The kinetic turbidimetric limulus test provide a new way to the detection of endotoxin in Shen Mai injection. |
