| 摘 要： | 重型颅脑损伤致残率、病死率高，易并发上消化道大出血。生长抑素(somatostatin，SS)与急性脑血管病等中枢神经系统疾病的关系已引起重视。研究表明生长抑素与颅脑损伤的伤情、预后有关。

| Abstract: | Severe craniocerebral injuries have the high rate of disability and high mortality.They are easily complicated with the severe bleeding of upper digestive tract.The relationship between somatostatin and the diseases of central nervous system,such as acute cerebralvascular diseases,has been studied recently.The results show that somatostatin is related to the situation of craniocerebral injuries and the prognosis of patients. |
