| 摘 要： | 目的：追风透骨丸治疗骨关节炎（ＯＡ）的临床验证。方法：ＯＡ属中医骨痹范畴，１００例按中医辨证，其中肾虚髓亏证型３２例，肾虚寒凝证型３４例，瘀血阻滞证型３４例。观察疗效采用分级计分法，并进行安全性观察。结果：３个证型疗效接近，均无发现不良反应，较为安全可靠。结论：适宜骨关节炎患者长期服用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Zhuifengtougu Pills for osteoarthritis.Methods:100 patients were divided into 3 pattern types according to the pattern identification of traditional Chinese medicine: 32 cases of kidney vacuity and marrow depletion pattern type, 34 cases of kidney vacuity and cold corpelation pattern type, and 34 cases of obstruction of static blood pattern type. The curative effects were investigated by means of fractional score method. Also the safety was investigated.Results:The curative effects of three pattern types were similar. No side effects were observed. It was safe and reliable.Conclusion:It will be fit to be administered for long term for patients with osteoarthritis. |
