南方地区城市居民高血压与不同体重指数、腰围水平的研究

目的:探讨不同体重指数(BMI)和腰围(WC)水平、TG(血清甘油三酯)、TC(血清总胆固醇)、HDL-C (血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)对高血压患病因素的影响。方法:将于2000年广西南宁市永新区新阳南小区城市居 民中进行高血压患病的调查资料合并共388人,对不同BMI、WC、TG、TC、HDL-C的分组资料进行比较分析,分析 高血压病的相对危险度及归因危险百分比。结果:随着BMI、WC的增加及TG、TC水平的上升和HDL-C水平的 下降,高血压患病的相对危险度明显增高。结论:BMI、WC和TG、TC水平的升高与高血压患病有正关联关系, HDL-C水平的下降与高血压患病有正关联关系。控制BMI和WC在正常范围对于预防高血压有重要的公共卫生 学意义。

Research About the Relation Between Urban Population's High Blood Pressure and Different Body Mass Indices and Waist Circumferences

Purpose: to explore the effects of different body mass indices (BMI), waist circumferences (WC), TG (triglyceride) , TC (serum total cholesterol), HDL-C (serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol) on sickening factors of high blood pressure. Method: to combine the survey data of 2000 about sickness of high blood pressure for 388 urban populations in a housing area of Yongxin District, Nanning, Guangxi, make comparative analysis of the grouped data of different BMI, WC, TG, TC, HDL-C, and analyze the percents of relative risk and attributable risk. Result: with the increase of BMI and WC, rise of TG and TC, and decrease of HDL-C, the relative risk level of sickness of high blood pressure raises distinctly. Conclusion: the rise of BMI, WC and TG, TC has positive correlation with sickness of high blood pressure, and decrease of HDL-C has positive correlation with sickness of high blood pressure. It is significant in sanitary science to control BMI and WC within normal range for preventing high blood pressure.
