腰椎三维牵引配合针灸、蜡疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效研究

目的研究腰椎三维电动牵引配合针灸、蜡疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选择腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗基础上配合腰椎三维电动牵引、针灸、蜡疗。观察两组患者腰腿痛症状缓解VAS评分、住院天数和治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后腰腿痛症状的缓解明显优于对照组(P<0.01),症状缓解的VAS评分及住院天数与对照组比较也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腰椎三维电动牵引配合针灸、蜡疗是治疗腰椎间盘突出症一种安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广。

Curative effect of three dimensional traction of lumbar matching up with acupuncture and keritherapy for LDH

Objective To study the curative effect of three dimensional traction of lumbar matching up with acupuncture and keritherapy for LDH(lumbar disc herniation).Methods 120 patients with LDH were divided into the control group(60 cases) and the observation group(60 cases) randomly.The control group were given conventional medical treatment,while the observation group were given three dimensional electric traction of lumbar matching up with acupuncture and keritherapy on the basis of conventional medical treatment.The VAS scores of back and leg pain alleviation,hospitalization days and the curative effects of both groups were observed and analyzed.Results Af-ter the treatment,back and leg pain alleviation of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).There is statistical difference in VAS scores and hospitalization days between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Three dimensional electric traction of lumbar matching up with acupunture and keritherapy is a safe and effective way to treat LDH.It is worth clinical application.
